Our goal at InnocentStore is to completely satisfy your expectations and to offer great products that you’ll love. A vital part of this is our prompt and helpful customer service and flexible returns policy.
All orders are subject to availability of stock. If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and send you the product as soon as it’s available again. This is usually only a matter of one or two weeks. If the item has been discontinued, we will contact you to see what would suit you better: if we should send you a different product or give you a refund.
Exchanges & Returns
We are very proud of the quality of our products. However, if the product you ordered is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will exchange the product for free and ship a new one to you immediately. We will also cover all shipping costs for returning a faulty product.
Please, note: We advise our customers to use standard mail services when returning the product back; these shipping costs should not exceed 8 €.
If you receive a product you are not completely satisfied with (size, colour, style, etc.), you can always return it or exchange it.
If the product is returned, we will give you a full refund. All you need to do is to return the product in its original condition within 100 days of receiving it. The customer is responsible for any postage costs due to product returns.
If you’d like your product to be exchanged, we will cover the shipping costs, however, the postage costs for any subsequent exchange will be covered by the customer.
The total amount for a returned and accepted product will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal, depending on the original payment method. The refunded amount will be made in currency of the original purchase.

The address details you submit for your the order will be used for delivering your order. Incorrect address details may result in delays, so it is important to check these details when creating your order.
Deliveries are shipped from European Union and the shipping time typically takes between 3-6 business days to all countries of European Union and between 7-14 business days worldwide. It is important to note that the Customs Agency in the country of destination (where applicable) may delay the delivery for up to 2-4 weeks for inspection or as a random security measure.
If no one is home to accept the order, local postal guidelines will apply.
Price & Import Tax
All prices are on our website are final. The total transaction amount may vary slightly once your order is charged to your credit card, if this is the chosen payment method. The reason for this is that when your order is charged to your card, the exchange rate used by your credit card company may vary to that indicated at the time of placing the order.
The prices listed on our website do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges and/or administration fees that the parcel may incur when entering the country of destination. The majority of shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties, however, the destination of your country’s customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge duties and taxes and/or administration fees. These charges vary from country to country and are not covered by InnocentStore.
